We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Tap 2 Target website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • The item including artwork and NFC tag must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 
   • All accompanying accessories, manuals, and documentation should be included.
   • The item should not be damaged, altered, or show signs of excessive use.
   • Certain items may be excluded from this return policy due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., Tap 2 Target Keychains, Window Decals, Tap 2 Target NFC Digital Cards. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for more details.

2. Return Procedure:

   • To initiate a return and return address, please contact us LIVE Chat or by using our contact form within 30 days of your purchase. They will provide you with a return address and guide you through the return process.

   • The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs associated with the return.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
   • The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
